Time, please?

Panick and more panick!! Important 'scholarly' presentation in 20 hours and just found out I am the designated teacher of medical students tomorrow morning. Articles to be read are nowhere to be found so I will rely on my imagination and the only thing I can imagine right now is my bed. I want to sleep more than 6 hours and I want to remember my dreams in the morning. Had a quick (maybe not so quick) dinner with friends for energy's sake and realized that
