and his dark brooding paintings frantically shout
Fear into my soul
what if this window is just what life - and death - are about?

i guess this is how it feels when u finally wake up and open the window to the real world... leaving behind all the illusions, perceptions, delusions, artificiality (... bla bla bla)
reminded me of The Matrix as well :)

it's nice though to paint one's windows with sunshine and blue skies... and to forget what's on the other side. after all that what life's about. I love the painting.
