narcissus

had a patient with 'narcissitic personality disorder' today.
now i know it exists as a diagnosis out there, but...to be diagnosed with it?!!

i mean, how can you actually get the diagnosis?

i was thinking exactly that (while checking my Witch of Eastwick hair in the mirror)when this plump pleasant petulant man looked at me and said 'soooo, you do that too, huh?'
