a lazy day full of sun, warmth and a nifty breeze, full of no particular plans but to at some point take out the well-worn blanket and lie on the grass, staring at the sun, rotating wih it, and when the breeze turns into a violent gust of wind the zesty touch of cool water from the fountain is brought twirling at your outstretched feet to remind you that today, the weather will not let you sweat
on a lazy day like today i discovered a new drink
3 frozen bananas a peeled orange milk no no milk (none in the fridge) ok may use quarter of mascarpone cream cheese instead and 2 no 3 huge teaspoons of black crisp nescafe
all blended into a heavenly whole
to be savoured in the sun just as you think you are about to sweat and pass out
