apparently in the year 2050 there will be 9 billion people on this earth
and it is projected that 2 billion TWO BILLION will be malnourished
now assuming the statistitian got it right this time and the earth is not agriculturally raped to feed everyone which may not necessarily be a bad thing
how can we lay claim to the title of 'civility'
of 'modernism'
of 'humanity'are we such selfish deplorable creatures that we sit here press a button and smother ourselves with modern luxurious depravity while we ignore the fact that across the ocean there is a woman scrapping for some edible junk in the middle of nothingness to feed her child who looks syndromic and is being eaten alive by flies
